Important Information

To use these refillable cartridges you will require a set of Genuine OEM Epson cartridge chips that you need to supply. These chips must have an ink level (of more than 10%) as chips that have an empty ink level will not work. Refillable cartridges are fitted with a chip which "piggy back" a genuine OEM Chip in order to provide a phantom ink volume (see video/manual tab). The refillable cartridge chips prevent information about how many pages have been printed from reaching the genuine OEM Epson chips which prevents them from deactivating, allowing them to be used indefinitely.

These cartridges are extremely easy to refill, simply remove the plug and syringe in the ink. It is essential that you use an ink specifically formulated for use in the Epson 3800, such as our 100ml or 250ml resin encapsulated Premium Platinum Photo Pro Pigment inks (available here) and install as per genuine Epson cartridges.
