Yes, Full comprehensive instructions are included on how to remove your old and attach
your new chips to your cartridges
Do the chips need to be reset?
Yes, These chips register the same amount of ink per cartridge as an OEM & when
empty are reset by removing either the cartridge pack from the printer or by
removing the lid sensor button.
Do the chips come attached to cartridges?
No, This is a chip set only. Cartridges are not included with purchase but can be
purchased separately here

These chipsets are specifically compatible with Artisan 635, 730, 837 or 1430 printer's.
If your printer takes an 82/82N cartridge but is not one of these specific printer models you can
purchase the chip you need here
