I bought an ink system from Rihac about 3 years ago and it has performed perfectly.
It has saved me a large fortune in ink costs and the quality is every bit as good as OEM ink and I think better in several regards.

Due to an expansion of my business, I needed to pool multiple printers so bought the current IP4950's and 4 ink tanks to fit to them.
Rihac got my order to me very quickly and their service was excellent.
There were a couple of minor issues when I got the tanks but an email outlining the problem was responded to with replacement parts without even speaking to me.

Nothing is perfect and to get that kind of service when something does go wrong speaks volumes about this company. I am printing Thousands of photos a month and I would not consider buying ink systems or supplies off anyone else.
Apart from Rihac's outstanding service, their products are great and their ink quality is perfect.

The printer company's have brainwashed a lot of people into thinking only their over priced products can give good quality output and not destroy your printer. That is a load of garbage. No wonder they create these Myths seeing half of canons net profit across their entire product range comes from ink.

My Mp630's and Ip4700's have churned out THOUSANDS of prints using Rihac ink and there has never been an ink related failure. The fact is the printers wear out before the ink systems do well and truly.

I have 9 Printers now all running on Rihac ink and there will be more added in the future.
I wouldn't use anything but Rihac ink products because their service is outstanding and their products always exceed expectations.
